It was horrible! The absolutel worst place I've ever stayed. No parking (parked on the street), no hot water in the shower, stinky room, and for breakfast: a little bagged danish and coffee!

The staff were very rude and curt. They seemed as we were bothering them being customers. The internet was non-existent. The so called breakfast was a roll in a plastic bag and tang. The room stinked like a smokers room, but it was all non smoking. Only 3 parking spaces on site. No restaurants anywhere. They were not to happy when we asked for assistance in finding one either. Don't waste your time, it was terrible the beds were awful and you will hate it Big time 0!!!!

The room we had included a refrigerator, a writing table, iron and ironing board. The bathroom with a bath. The hotel's location was great and convenient, next to an adjacent darkened alley, an Art Museum, and California. Local fast food option Samosa House was 10 minutes walk away

For the price we paid, we got excellent value. The room was clean and the daily housekeeping service was top-notch. The location was convenient, closer to the attractions we wanted to visit, and the neighborhood felt safe. The staff, especially Sam at the front desk and Leddy, the housekeeper, were incredibly friendly and helpful.
The hotel breakfast could be improved with more variety.
